Value development through Dhamma – Awareness programme for children

There will be a development and awareness programme for children under 16 years at Samadhi Buddhist Vihara on 3rd September 2022 under the guidance of Venerable Dunuvila Metteyya Thero.

1:00 PM	Outdoor Activity (Mindful walking / Planting)
2:00 PM	Discussions on outdoor activity with Venerable Theros
2:30 PM	Activity Preparing “inspirational Bookmarks”
3:00 PM	Tea Break
3:20 PM	Writing own reflective notes on the programme
3:40 PM	Mindful sitting practice
3:50 PM	Paying Gratitude, winding up the programme
