Sinhala and Hindu New Year 2023
A blessing ceremony for the Sinhala and Hindu New Year will be held at the temple premises on 8th April at 9.30 am. All are kindly invited to take part in this annual event.
Please bring a plate of food ( Kiribath, Kavili, etc..) for the Buddha puja, to offer Maha Sangha and for sharing.
The programme
- 9.30 am Vandana, Buddha puja, Pirith chanting, blessing and sharing merit.
- 11.15 Dana for the Sangha and meal for the congregation.
- 12.30 End of the programme.
