Buddhism

Buddhism has a history of 2600 years, and is based on the teachings of Lord Buddha. Buddhism is more considered as a philosophy than a religion, as it puts forward a way of attaining spiritual development.

Theravada Buddhism

Theravada, or “teachings of the elders” in Pali, is the oldest school of Buddhism. Main teachings of Theravada Buddhism are based on the earliest teachings of Lord Buddha’s (the Tripitaka or Pali Canon).

Meditation

Meditation is the practice of training one’s mind in order to attain some benefits. Some of these benefits are ethical development, mental cultivation, and a wise understanding of life.
